Jennifer Silbernagel
Productivity Coach and Sales Representative
Jennifer has been a licensed agent since February 2006. She has worked in every role possible in this industry; administrative assistant, buyer agent, seller agent, income property specialist, team member and manager, leasing agent and property manager on behalf of clients, productivity coach and Team owner. She is committed to always pushing her clients to reach new heights and to create a learning based and supportive environment for the agents to work in. Her experience over the years allows her to see the business and the agent’s roles from many different perspectives. She is passionate about motivating and training agents to not only implement and run successful and tangible businesses using the fundamentals of Real Estate but also to build a business that can lead agents to reach their financial and personal goals.
She has been teaching and coaching in the Real Estate industry for the past 5 years and is truly passionate as an agent and as a coach in helping agents find the best and smartest way for them to run their business efficiently while increasing their productivity and income.
Dylan Silbernagel
Productivity Coach and Sales Representative
Dylan has been a licensed agent since July 2007. His love for training and helping others began early with Keller Williams as training and coaching is at the core of the companies strengths. His first opportunity to teach came in 2009 at a neighbouring Keller Williams office when he was invited to share how his team was using video to convert leads and communicate with their database. From there he joined the Keller Williams Referred Faculty and taught Ignite as well as Open House courses. In April 2020 he joined PSN Coaching has worked with PC Agents, Intermediate and and Advanced Coaching Clients.
